The Ella is a kimono wrap dress and blouse pattern. It comes in four options.

This model is best suited for thin summer fabrics, such as woven cotton or viscose with possibly a little stretch.

Measure your waist and hips by wrapping a tape measure around them and compare your measurements to the chart. Make sure both your measurements are within the chart's measurements or are slightly smaller. This way, you can go down a bit later if necessary.
If you have chosen a slightly thicker stretch fabric, choose the pattern one size larger than you would normally take.
